About this provider

This is a personalised service seen as the alternative to going into a nursing or residential home. With this service, you will have your own dedicated worker who lives in your own home. This means you can remain in the comfort of your own home with all your familiar possessions and pets. You can continue with your independent lifestyle, freedom for continuous family visits, with your own one to one carer whom you get to know.

Your live-in carer will monitor your individual needs and respond with arrangements to suit and fit in around your normal routine giving you total flexibility, choice and control for your own personalised care need. Once we receive your call, a Registered CQC Manager will make a home or hospital visit to do an assessment. This is a no obligation assessment and you will not be charged for this service.
