About this provider

Amphion Home Care is a family run company with over 25 years of experience providing great care. We are registered and authorised by the Government and local authorities to provide care. We use our own staff who are recruited and trained in accordance with the requirements of the Care Quality Commission (CQC - the Government inspectors) and the local authority. We aim to use a small number of staff so that you can get to know them (rather than have a different person every day) and we are happy to swap staff where possible if you would prefer someone else (you don't have to tell us why).

Remember when looking for a service, make sure you are happy with the person who will be coming into your home - with Amphion you can be assured that the service we deliver is the service you want, our staff have a Criminal Records Bureau check, they are properly trained, they are properly equipped, we have a detailed and approved (by CQC and local authority) system of assessment and recording that underpins your care, we have a Quality Assurance Manager ensuring high quality of our services and our staff, we have a local office to answer your queries, we regularly meet with you to review the support, we welcome your comments, and over half of our staff have been with us for over 5 years with many for over 10 years.
