I am writing to introduce Moniks Care Services Limited.

We are a CQC registered company which provides regulated specialist activities including high-quality home care and support services to service users and their families. This includes elderly people, people with learning/physical disabilities as well as mental health problems.

We strive to help them live as independently as possible in their own homes to enable them to be in control of their money and their life. Our emphasis will be to uphold the dignity of service users and to maximise their independence and choice.

All our staff are DBS cleared.

PERSONALISED SERVICE
Personalisation is all about giving the service user choice and control over their lives and to support them to what they are entitled to. The experience and knowledge of our team enable us to really understand our service users changing needs and enhance our excellent reputation based on our ability to deliver responsive, reliable, and person-centred services.
Moniks Care Service Limited makes every effort to provide a personalised outcome based on the service user requirements and preference, meeting the service user needs.

Our service is available 24 hours a day; seven days a week to ensure the service users’ needs are met.

STAFF TRAINING
The key to any organisation’s success is its people, and staff training is crucial to their development. Working within the regulations of the Care Quality Commission, Moniks Care service is committed to providing robust person-centred training programmes to all our staffs.

Our office is open from 09:00 am to 06:00 pm Monday to Friday.
Out-of-office hours, evening and weekend our on-call service is available on mobile for support.
