Charlotte House is a modern, purpose-built care home in Isleworth in Middlesex, set close to West Middlesex University Hospital and the River Thames. We provide specialist nursing and respite care for older people who have Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia, and we also offer compassionate end of life care.

Some of our rooms look out onto our attractive gardens, while others have a view of the allotments that are across the road.

Residents’ rooms are light, airy and spacious, with en-suite toilet and washbasin, stylish furniture, a 24-hour nurse call system and phone and television connections. We offer a choice of single and double rooms.

Charlotte House is arranged into four suites across two floors. Throughout the home you’ll find a choice of dining rooms, lounges and quiet rooms. We also have a hairdressing salon.

Our large, secure gardens feature a patio, a seating area, raised flower beds and comfortable benches. We also have ample parking for cars. The home and gardens offer full wheelchair access.
