Our Service
This is a meal service that is delivered within the local community of Barton. You can order a lunch and or tea from our 4 weekly rolling menu which will be delivered to your door. Prices start from £4.00 per day depending on requirements
Our kitchen has achieved a 5* Food Hygiene Rating and is able to cater for specialised diets. The cook is trained to Basic Food hygiene and nutrition.
As part of this service we offer a well being call. Once the service is taken up we ask for the individuals contact number as well as an emergency contact, each day our driver delivers and ensures that the customers are well, if there is no answer we will ring emergency contact or services if needed. Meals can be cancelled up to 10am of the day of delivery.
The home offers an open approach and concentrates more on the quality of care and will adapt to meet the individual’s needs.
Eagle house Care Home is situated close to the centre of Barton on Humber. The home is CQC registered to provide care and accommodation for up to 40 people. Eagle House is a residential home that specialise in dementia care. Care is based around each person’s individual needs. A person-centred care plan is developed that is unique for each resident. The focus being rehabilitative: encouraging independence whilst taking into account their mental and physical limitations.
