Our Staff

All of our staff complete a skills for care twelve week induction followed by either an NVQ or a Diploma in Health and Social care. Our continuing training plan for staff includes, end of life, medication, PEG management, dementia and brain injury in addition to standard mandatory training. If an individual has specific requirements our staff can be trained to meet these needs.
