Sisters Care Services is a forward thinking dynamic company, run by Registered Nurses who have a vast experience in working in NHS and Private Sector and is best placed to meet the outcomes required towards ensuring independence of the citizen whilst offering the care and support required. Since 2014 the care we have provided has been rated as good by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the Birmingham City Council through the Inspection conducted in 2015 and 2017. As for maintaining health and well-being, we will ensure citizen's needs are met, citizen's independence is promoted, and privacy and dignity are maintained. Our Support Workers are well trained and are very professional when it comes to delivering care. We put emphasis on individualized care and therefore the care plan will be tailor made to a specific service user.
