We carry out an initial assessment before commencement of the care and support. This is then followed by regular spots checks to ensure that our well-trained care staff maintain the quality of our services. We conduct welfare calls, home visits and telephone monitoring. Our staff are also supported with four weeks of review supervision, followed by our quarterly supervisions that help us identify areas of training required by the staff and improvement of the quality of our services.

We have acquired a vast experience during the over 5 years of service delivery for domiciliary care and as a next step currently engaged in developing of our service products, care plans, training matrix and application process to reflect the added value to our services.
Our updated reporting systems ensure that medication records, staff roles at our clients are captured to help identify risks, that could be minimised on our ongoing reviewing plans. Our records systems also help us identify how our performance can be improved.

We also engage staff in feedback mechanism and share information on the best way forward in the care delivery services. We hold quarterly meetings to address contemporary issues and employ strategies that ensure the value is reflected in the services we provide.

We have Care Planner, IT service that monitors staff progress on each day’s rooster which makes it effective for us to identify, plan, execute and review each individual client needs and the best approach to address contemporary issues such as late, delayed or missed visits.
We have over the years recruited well experienced care staff that cater for the needs of our clients and we have been able to retain the services of our staff through the staff engagement meeting and our culture of staff retention strategy.

Our services extend for adults and young adult with dementia care, autism, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviours. We have specialist personnel for autism care, and trained staff for dementia, learning disability and managing persons with brain injury.
